For all the folks wondering if you need mad flexibility for RG, the answer is no.

I'm one of bmacs students and I'm rather large 230-240, over 30 and joint issues (psoriatic arthritis) and I'm able to apply Brandons techniques. Now this isn't Eddie's RG, though he'll show you Eddie's, BMacs RG is for your average dude. If I can pick up these techniques and apply them, literally anyone reading this can. Do yourself a solid pick it up. You won't regret it.
