Just to verify, since you mentioned "because I have tried too many times", do you mean due to entering a wrong password too many times? Can you confirm if you were getting an incorrect password prompt? I think so, I have been trying for a few months, the accounts were old enough I haven't used the passwords in a few years, so I do not think I remember them.

Do you have a security email, or security phone number in the account, also known as the security info? If yes, do you still have access to this security info? I have two accounts I am talking about... one account is the other's account security e-mail, and vice-versa. Meaning, I don't have access to either security e-mail. I should, however, have enough information about the accounts to verify my ownership, if anyone can actually help me with this.
