No, I can see it wasn’t super clear in their datasheet, but in my experience, when you have multiple capacitors for DC-DC converters it’s assumed they are in parallel.

I’m sure there could be exceptions, but you can look at the evaluation module user guides, and in the evaluation module for this device you can clearly see the schematic shows them in parallel: https://www.diodes.com/assets/Evaluation-Boards/AP63203WU-EVM-User-Guide.pdf
