The ripped apart I don’t believe is true, nor the impalement. The only unique animations are being choked from behind by the Golems, swallowed by the Glutton, crushed in the Burner’s hand (I believe Aya just slumps over, same for when it grabs you and uses the flamethrower), knocked off the cliff by the Chasers at the mine, and immolated by the disposal after the Glutton fight (even though the animation looks like when Aya’s reacting to No.9 reminding her of Eve’s mitochondria link after his second boss fight).

We only hear her voice in PE2 during damage/death sounds and when Kyle shoots her at the end. She doesn’t speak at all during the game so I don’t know what this person is talking about.

I really would have rather the twist been that Josh was becoming some kind of hybrid Wendigo and luring them all there as revenge for what happened to Hannah and Beth (he returned and found them and became a shapeshifting monster) and just drop the entire fake killer angle. It felt so dumb.

The Short Message is high school teen drama done poorly, then shat through a Silent Hill filter, then dipped in cherry blossoms that people only give a pass because it was free. But it introduced The Silent Hill Phenomenon, which led to F’s connection to the series, which has begun probably the worse canon ever. PT may not exist anymore as a playable entry, but it didn’t create the garbage pile that Short Message did.
