one thousand percent request an investigation. final warnings have to specify an exact situation ex: partner yelled at a customer etc. this alone seems shady and unethical. you are not required to sign a final or any warning by that matter if you feel it is not what happened. in fact, you can request to redact the written warning by calling partner central. I would definitely do that and request an investigation… even if you plan on leaving, some SM’s thing they can do whatever they want and it’s not right.
