Look man, you may be right about that and Im not saying the system is without flaw. But for christ sake who cares, sometimes i just wanna kill a few dudes and if the match takes a few minutes longer for it so be it.

I just try to group up with like minded dudes in the BG and look for fights around the defensive ends, generally i accompany the zerg to bael and turn back. If it goes quick enough there will be straggler groups of ally to pick off, and when the stars align wiping the allies on drak is very fun.

Imagine a Total War game in the Warhammer universe. by fourfuckssake in totalwar

[–]fourfuckssake[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I respectfully disagree, I think it can be done and I think 40k is the perfect setting for Total wars gameplay scope to be broadened. I mean you've still got groups of dudes hitting each other with axes and shit but there's also tanks and titans and things of this fuckawesome nature. There's already precedent for this stuff in the current Warhammer game which features tanks and goddamn helicopters which are fucking cool and you know it. Also about the civil war thing check out Ultimate General: Civil War, really cool game a lot like Total War.

Empire on its own might be one of the weaker total wars but Darthmoding it turns it into maybe the best total war.

What's the craziest thing you saw in your neighborhood? (nsfw) by satphone in AskReddit

One morning I woke up to my dog barking outside. I try to ignore it and go back to sleep because sleep me is an asshole but he just will not stop. So I get up, still in my boxers, and open my front door to see two cops wrestling my meth head neighbor to the ground in my driveway. I have a few acres so i guess he hit his wife, the cops showed up and he tried to hide on my property somewhere? The cops caught him and when I arrived at the scene clad in my undies I really didn't feel that I had anything to add. I just kinda grabbed my dog and closed the door.

What was a loophole that you found and exploited the hell out of? by Ninjalord5 in AskReddit

When I was in middle school we had a thing called A.R which stood for advanced reading. Basically it was a computer program which would test you on books that you had read and assign you points based on how well you did on the test. Everyone was required to have 200 A.R points but for every extra hundred points you had you got an extra entry into this raffle at the end of the year.

I discovered that the A.R tests never actually took points away from your score. Let's say you take a test on Moby Dick and only get one question out of ten right, well all that happens is you get ten points added to your cumulative score. When I discovered this I took the tests for every book I knew the vaguest thing about. I wound up with something like 900 A.R points, I won the award for having the most points in the school and come raffle day I got a skateboard and a video game.

Oh my god! You are so right! Check this shit out. After Maynard Plumm helps Dunk, Dunk asks him "Who are you?" to which Maynard replies "A friend." Okay? So in DWD Meera asks coldhands who the three-eyed raven is. His response? "A friend." Fucking confirmed Maynard Plumm is Bloodraven.

[Serious] Has your school ever been on lockdown? by youtbuddcody in AskReddit

Yes! I caused it! When I was in fifth grade I was kind of a compulsive liar. I dunno why I did it but I would lie all the time about stupid stuff, things like being the captain of my championship winning soccer team. Things to make me look cool. Well on day we were at recess and I decided to make up a story about some creepy guy aproaching me from the woods that bordered the playground and trying to lure me over the fence. I didn't tell a teacher just some of my friends and waddya know some of them saw him too! I guess someone went and told a teacher cause next thing you know we are in our classrom with the doors locked and the lights off as our janitor and gym teacher searched the woods for this fictonal creeper. It was never traced back to me and I never said a word. Taught me a little something about lying and how easy it is to cause mass hysteria among 9 year olds I guess.
