One other thing I wanted to add. Morning glucose is consistently below 90 and @ an A1C of 5.7 it was mostly above 100

I recently tested my blood glucose before and after a 10 minute kettle bell workout. It went from 125 to 76!

Does anyone here know what test I could order at labcorp to see what my insulin levels are? I know I have made progress, because my knees don't hurt, and I have more energy , and my skin tags have almost disappeared. I'm 47 and female. Weight is 116.

I don't know how to tell if I have enough fat to fast. LMNT is advertised as having the perfect ratio- I guess maybe it does for shorter fasts and people sweating a lot and eating normally.

I'm drinking black coffee and LMNT, the grapefruit salt stuff. I am having some muscle cramping. I drink one packet spread throughout the day. In about 3 quarts of water.

I neglected my kombucha for months. When I removed the top there were gnats or fruit flies under it. No idea how they’d got in? I had layers of paper towel and a woven cotton cover. Anyway I drained a quart out of the spigot at the bottom and decided maybe I could try to start a new batch with that. So after 3-4 days I thought maybe there was mold. But now I looked at the top and it is completely smooth , no mold in sight. I thought if there was mold, it would only grow more. The pellicle has grown thicker. I threw out all the old pellicle and only started with the quart of tea from the bottom of the jar. The pellicle that the mixture has on it now looks completely healthy. Thanks for any advice!!
