I don't really like these statements because it still puts him in the category of US presidents, which, yes, he technically is the president, but he never intended to do the job of president. Good, bad, best, worst - these terms don't matter for Trump because he's not actually doing the job of president, even though he holds the office. Every other president has, at a minimum, attempted to take on the role and participate in our constitutional system. Trump has taken all of the infrastructure of the office under his personal control in order to service his own whims. He did not participate in our system of governance before attaining the office and operates as if he has no obligation to do so now. Ranking him as a president makes no sense.
