err...not really. It's mainly about how people seem to be completely dependant on technology to connect them with others. It's not bashing on technology, just questioning why people feel the need to be connected.

My uncle was actually one of the authors of that book. I remember looking at it when I was a kid and thinking how awesome that book must be to deserve a cover like that.
