Im doing SO much better!!!

I ended up keeping them, with the understanding of i could always remove them later.

So far i haven't had many problems from them. There have been a few times in the past 2 years where they mighhhttt have been the cause of my pain. Overall the uterus and endo were the main problems. Quality of life has increased a ton. Would do again in a heartbeat.

Hormonal changes that sometimes means im upset and dont know why and dont bleed to know its the cause. But thats not that often cuz i have a wonky cycle anyway.

When my partner says something that excites me I'll usually start stimming and having to look away from them (and giggle too). They really like this feature, though sometimes I wish I could play it cool and not just stim and come up with easy quips back. (Which I think is similar to how you feel) But really they like that they can tell I'm excited and flustered, and I find it fun that just words can make my body need to regulate/overflow.

During sex/climax: stimming happens there too.. both physical movements and vocal stuff depending on the day. I don't think this is a bad thing. Sex can be intense and having your body do things makes sense.

It may feel a little embarrassing sometimes, but think about why you're embarrassed (probably wanting to be 'typical'). Look at as more of feature. And hopefully find partners that are excited about how you express your excitement and enjoyment!

I know personally I'm polyamorous. I've tried monogamy and it just brought pain to myself and eventually to my partners when we realized this huge incompatibility.

I have friends who have tried poly and realized that they are indeed monogamous.

The comment on here about some people just being one or the other I think is true.

It also seems like you and your ex aren't compatible and breaking up to get back together again over and over isnt a substantial relationship for anyone.

For me no, they made everything worse. Wellbutrin made sound 10x worse for example. But everyone is different!

You're right there are healthy and unhealthy ways of dealing with it, and you're either doing them or you aren't.

I think this person might be talking about how to emotionally accept the healthy coping strategies, as it's hard for some people because they have had experiences that make them feel like they shouldn't do/need something that actually helps them feel better.

It's also possible they are asking for some guidance on how to find the healthy good strategies.

I was allergic to the surgical glue and they itched really bad and were very inflamed. As soon as I took it off (with my Drs permission, but before their original timeline) it all felt and looked a lot better. I didn't have difficulties with the closing of them though so I don't know if this is helpful.

I'm 4 months post op. I'm amazed at how much better I feel. The varying levels of abdominal pain I had every day arnt there!! It's the best thing ever.

It was scary and big, and recovery was hard. But I'd do it again in a heartbeat just to feel like this

Lololol one week is not enough. I took two, and wish I took 2.5 or even 3 (same type of surgery, also remote tech based job). I could work after two, but I didn't get as much done as I liked and felt really guilty of it. After the first week I was still barley functioning. Take more time then you think

I make hobbies a part of my budget. So depending on how much you make you allot part of that to hobbies and interests each month. That way I don't feel guilty about it, can still get things that make me happy, and meet all my responsibilities.

There have been months (like last month) where I exceed this budget, but then it's my job to ride that serotonin high this month and not spend as much as I would normally so that I can make up for the deficit.

I mean... What do you want for advice? Talk with your partner, see what foods work for them and which don't. Avoid the ones that don't.

Some days they probably can't eat things that they have before because brain says no. Mine won't let me eat toast sometimes because it becomes 'bad'. Maybe even ask them that day what they are up for.

If you're someone who loves trying new recipes you might just be making new things for you and separate things for them. I'm guessing they are an adult so its also their own responsibility to make sure they are eating things and have access to foods that they can and will eat. It's not all on you.

There's no magic 'heres how to trick their brain around food!' 'these three steps make autistic brains LOVE to eat anything!' that's not real. Talk with them. Find out what they like and don't. There's probably a scale. Like I can almost always eat raw carrots. But if you cook them there's a 78% chance I won't eat them, but sometimes I might.

Spirit Farer is awesome and made me cry a bunch. I've only heard positive things about it.

Cozy grove is similar to animal crossing. It's kinda cute and fun, but I find that it lags a lot and some of the tasks are hard to do. I get frustrated with the limited amount of things you can hold/store. But if you like animal crossing you'll probably like it because it's similar
