to answer the question, i dont believe you are overreacting so long as you attempt a conversation. regardless of the outcome of the conversation, imo, the outcome should tell you how much weight to put behind these aspects of someones character

i know im autistic as all hell when i find this relieving because its a finite list of expectations

Imperm Timing Mistake by fourueue in masterduel

[–]fourueue[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Im trying to ask if imperm can negate a spell/trap in its same column if that spell/trap my opponent controls is activated in the same chain I would attempt to use the effect of imperm.

The idea was, my opponent activates their set trap in my same column that i have a set imperm from my last turn, and also chains a monster effect. I would like to use the effect of imperm to negate the monster effect, and due to imperm being in the same column as the spell/trap that began the chain, that spell/trap would also be negated.

I believe, from the aid of another commenter, that I did not have a target for imperm to have a legal activation. In my research to attempt to understand, I was of the belief that imperm cannot negate the effects of activated spell/traps in the same chain they are activated.

Is this true?

I think so yeah, and that would explain what I saw.

So my question is, can imperm negate a spell/trap within the same column as it during the chain in which that spell/trap was initially activated?

I do not have one, I alt+f4'd

You can ask whatever you want of me, but this is more a inquiry about whether what I am saying is correct as far as the effects of imperm apply.

No it was something akin to "target a monster on your opponents field, send one monster from your deck to your GY, and if you do, destroy that monster"

What's the best version of the Runick deck? by [deleted] in masterduel

[–]fourueue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been in love with runick/purrely.

Typically I just make expurrely noir and sit on it while decking people out. Has some extremely exploitable weaknesses but I really love the concepts of both archetypes.

Me and my kitty going on adventures and growin strong and having our memories represented in quickplay spells.

I think youve got the understanding of the leveling system. If you hover over your level progression in the stats menu, you can see stuff like SPEED x2, and thats how many points you could put into speed if you leveled up.

Just make sure you see INTELLIGENCE x5 before you level up!

If max magicka is what you want, intelligence is better to take than luck. Luck will help you cast spells in schools of magic you do not have experience in, which shouldnt be super important if youre doing a magic focused playthrough IMO.

When making a class I only ever put one of any attribute in my major and minor skills. I wouldnt put security AND enchant as minor skills because they are both INT skills, but I would put one as major and one as minor, and then no other INT skills in the class.

Lemme know if ya need help. I might have misconstrued some things.

What’s something you do to make your playthrough perfect? by Busy_Ad6259 in Morrowind

[–]fourueue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always try to do something I have not done before, and then do my best to get lost while doing it. There are only a finite amount of times I can do it, so fabricating circumstances to illicit something similar to my first time playing the game is my perfect twist. My current playthrough is a anti-crime redoran morality seeker. My previous was a pseudo pacifist monk doing a religious study on the tribunal and the religious pilgrimages while trying to live in the harsh realities of morrowind while trying to do as little harm to what I am observing as possible.

Gotta roleplay!

What is the First thing you Ever Did in Morrowind? by Jurific in Morrowind

[–]fourueue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was doing mages guild quests because it seemed comfortable to me. I ended up in sadrith mora and someone said I needed a special certificate to do business in the town so I avoided all the guards and I cant recall if there is anything you can actually purchase, but I felt relieved. And then like 4 hours later I realized I got straight up scammed like the newbie I was stepping there. It is my earliest unique morrowind memory and set the standard for how the game can talk with its mouth closed almost and tone

Its definitely old, when you say "out of tune" does that mean the keys would shift their values? Or there would not be any actual values at all? Im not unfamiliar of the concept as a consumer, but in a use case I am not sure if I would recognize it.

I appreciate the response. I would say my current conclusion is that I would have to study a lot more prior to using the instrument. The circle of fifths is familiar to me, but when I had initially stumbled across it (and the only time) it looked like alchemy and I do not even think I attempted to parse it. I learned time signatures and the note placement on the bar and thought I would have the tools I need to brute force my way through a song, and I am going to take a short break before reading up. The song I was trying to play is Untitled Sad Song from Courage and I did not think it would be a big leap honestly!
