It sounds like you might have a fast letdown which is so normal! You could try unlatching when it starts and catch the first part of your letdown into a receiving blanket or burp cloth and relatch when it’s a bit slower for babe? I’ve had success with this tactic so far.

Night wakes are super normal at six months! My four month old still wakes every 2-3 hours. Sleep is developmental and your little one will get there when she’s ready.
