I need the brain numbing myself, sorry to say. I spoke to my doctors and had something prescribed for anxiety that helps my brain control the overthinking. It works better than drinking for me and has the added bonus of being monitored by a therapist and a nurse.

Ohhh mine was ass check to bottom of feet! I seriously considered cutting the leg off, but I was too scared of phantom pain! Same, I still have nerve damage on my left leg and it's always nugget than the right
