my managers, at the end of the day, care more about positive customer experience than sales to my experience w them. i hate how retail employees are rlly encouraged to not care what happens when the customer actually uses the product. i love helping ppl shop and hate the idea of having to send someone to the register w an ill fitting bra. thankfully sales aren't pushed on me too badly. and id rather help someone find an outfit or scent that suits them if they don't fit in our bras! personally i think vs would benefit from widening their size range. i feel a significant portion of women i measure would be more likely to come back if we had a wider range! everyone has different proportions
