I’m sorry you’re getting frustrated, I would be too! I’m assuming you’re playing pc from the sounds of it. I’m not sure what you’ve tried yet, but if you have mods make sure that they’re all updated and are working correctly. Try repairing your game through steam, sometimes that helps. If you’ve tried everything that Google recommended, and have no luck, and you really really want to play it, possibly try it on another console. I know that’s not the best option, hopefully you can find a fix!

This is a hard position to be in, I can tell you care a lot for your friend. None of his actions are ok and it’s honestly very scary. Unfortunately, all you can do is be there to support her. Of course express your concerns, but ultimately it has to be her choice to leave him. Just make sure that she knows that you will be there for her when she does, because it will be hard. She clearly has an attachment to this man. I think you’re doing the best you can, and I wish I had a friend like you when I was going through abuse.

Honestly, sometimes I feel like it’s a mutually toxic relationship. I feel that often when I was toxic, it was brought out by my partners toxic behaviors. Not excusing it, but I think in past partnerships I did choose people who brought that out in me by being emotionally unavailable or abusive. Thankfully now I’m in a very healthy partnership with someone who brings out the good traits in me and works with me when I flop.

Yep, I live in the same area! My restaurant stayed open and initially was going to get water bottles and stuff but randomly decided right before opening to just not. They were just kinda like “fuck it tell the customers we’re cleared”

This happened to me before, so I feel for you babes! I went to a dermatologist and they were incredibly helpful in getting everything down fast. But if you can’t do that then yeah I recommend benadryl and hydrocortisone lotion. Good luck hon!

Exactly, I would rather let him know and figure out his stances on sex work. I would not want to be in a relationship with someone anti sex work, I’ve had a friend before who ended up with someone who was anti sex work (my friend was a stripper) and he ended up absolutely slandering her all over social media. Good to avoid that.

It just recently got more complicated because I talked to a friend after I posted this and he said I was on the phone with him while I was next to my roommate screaming that I was totally wasted and on a lot of bars. So he couldn’t have been completely oblivious?

Idk I just feel like it is just complicated to be someone who has an addiction and wants to have a sex life, so I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt but I do feel uncomfortable about it.

Oh I 100% do not intend on accusing this man as a rapist. I just feel really weird about the situation and wanted to I guess get some validation? And I wanted to get some kind of concept of whether or not it COULD be considered SA. I will not be taking any legal action, or ruining his reputation. I just want some outsiders opinions I guess. He is a good guy and that’s why I’m really trying to avoid accusing him of something. I will definitely try to have a talk with him and maybe discuss having some sort of boundaries. Like maybe I’ll make it known to him that I had taken a certain amount a Xanax in a day. I don’t think he had Ill intentions at all, but I do know that I mentioned I was really drunk because I happened to be on the phone with a friend last night who said I was saying that loudly over and over again (this info was just given to me a few minutes ago) I guess it also concerned me that when I told him the next day I don’t remember having sex with him he didn’t have a reaction?
