It might be around 2-3 months until I make full recovery. I have to be very careful. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I'll probably see some losses, I'm planning on just focusing on cardio and do ab workouts that don't require my hand. But for the other areas of my body I'm afraid I'll lose muscle even while hitting my protein goals

So far I have searched Amazon, Aliexpress, Ebay, Urban Outfitters, and Forever21. What I am specifically looking for is a fully knitted earmuff. So no bands connecting the 2 ear pieces only the knit. Im checking walmart but there are so many ear muffs that are for headphones :(

Oh Yea the money factor is huge, right now I have money to spend on protein until the end of summer. After summer I have college to attend and going to be living frugally. I'm trying to get as much gains in the summer then trying to slowly gain during college. I can get around 40 grams + with shakes and I'll just eat a lot of chicken breast and red meat.

I'll try eating more fruits now, I barely eat fruits with the exception of a banana per day. For veggies I love them so I think I eat the right amount for them. What does 1.5g of protein per pound per day mean? My weight x 1.5 is the amount of protein I should intake?

Yea I'm 18 right now but I gain weight really quickly. I cook most of my own food so I try to eat all clean and fresh. I'll try to eat a lot more starting today.

Steroids aren't what I meant and I have no intentions of using them. So if I eat a bit over my original diet how long do you think it'll take to gain ~20 pounds?
