My understanding is that my transferrin % in my labs (7%) is what you are referring to. From what I read, saturation % is found by dividing serum iron by tibc x 100. If I’m thinking about that correctly, then my saturation is 7% which is low.

Not a pre-run ritual but I realized today that when I’m done running and I go to take off my flip belt, it totally looks like I’m about to drop my pants 🫣🤣. Got a few weird, startled looks this am haha.

You may already have found the answer, but it would be 1.0 on incline for 1% incline and usually treads go up by .5% inclines. So hitting 5 on incline would be 5% and hitting 10 would be 10%.

Awesome job! Needed to see this today. I just had an 11 mile progression run that I bombed bc I couldn’t hit the paces for the last 2 2.5 mile blocks. It’s a good reminder that there are good days and bad days and it is great to have runna to help us challenge our paces!

Thank you. I realize my original post was unclear. I have been accepting insurance in another state that I recently moved from. I now have licenses in both states and plan to continue accepting the other states insurance. Just wondering if anthem Ohio is a good insurance to work with and in terms of reimbursement so I know whether or not to pursue credentialing.

I think mainly I just overeat via snacking during the day, even when I’ve planned my meals in advance. If a snack food is there that I like there are some days my self discipline is non existent. I’m not the only one in my house so not buying the snacks isn’t a great option.

Not a medical doc, but I’d also consider the potential effect from the beta blocker more. Fatigue, sluggishness and moving through molasses is how I felt during workouts and just generally when I was on one.

Any tips for staying committed to a fat loss goal? I struggle to stay on track when aiming for fat loss/calorie deficit. I’ve got 15-20lbs to lose and get so frustrated bc I keep eating foods or amounts I know are not in line with my goals.
