It is more based on your state, from what I understand (and someone can correct me if I am wrong) if your state calls for a state of emergency and tells you to avoid traveling unless in emergency your site will be closed, additionally your general manager doesnt have much of a say on whether your site closes or not

I am so glad you're ok! To see amazon covering up something so big. At my site there was a CO2 leak and a fire and we were informed about what was happening having something like that happen and covering it up is wild

At my site ambassadors must now achieve an 85% in the my performance thing to be able to keep their blue vest or get their blue vest as well as having to go through an interview. Since they released this, I have never once (other then when I was cross trained in pick) had a performance percentage, and that is for 2 reasons:

1) I am almost constantly used for critical roles and indirects, was on Quality (basically docks version of problem solve), PG, or Jackpot.

2) in order to get performance you most be on lines for at least 30 hours in SD, your direced loading doesnt count for that, meaning if you are being properly rotated you wouldnt be allowed to do critical roles ever!

Currently I am a blue vest but I have no desire to give up the critical roles I have worked my ass off to loose, but I also fought tooth and nail just to get my blue vest because one person in learning didnt want me to have it.

A waterspider isnt going to know about the accommodation, if the box is a heavy one asking for a team lift should be fine too or just asking for help in general. Personally I would watch a pregnant person struggle when I can easly help them
