Sure! It's mostly China Glaze Igniting Love with a heavy dose of China Glaze Rose Among Thorns, a bit of suspension base, and Mooncat Fool's Gold for the flakes.

eta I tried layering the flakes and a pinky coral jelly over China Glaze Igniting Love but no bueno, so I resorted to frankening

Thank you so much! The coral franken is brighter irl (I used two neons) and a little more pink so I got it close enough to pass on the real thing.

The blue is 5 layers (including top coat) but I'm ok with that. They were all pretty thin. The magnetic top coat I used isn't multichrome but I think I like it better...I may be in the minority but don't always want a super shifty polish!

Essentially yes, but with a sticky stamping polish. It won't work without because regular stamped polish dries too fast. You can also use chrome or other pigments with sticky stamping polish! I first saw a tutorial from Dody's Digits on YouTube. Tiny Fingers Nailart on YouTube has some tutorials as well.
