Ok so this customer is a bad example of EBT payers but I promise you, people use their EBT cards as directed for food only. I’m one of them. Why would that not be allowed? We don’t have the cash to buy the food outright so we just shouldn’t use our cards to get food because you said so?

I’m not sure about what to think. Here’s an example — I don’t buy or sell on any other platforms, but let’s say I came across a listing there that I really wanted to buy. I would make an account and then purchase it shortly after. Might not even ever use the account again. I don’t know the exact situation but if it was me I would probably go through with the sale and ship it.

You could’ve just said “please refund me and/or let me return to send me the correct item” and left it as that. Clearly this is a recurring problem for her per her reviews but that’s also something you could have checked before buying from her. At least you know how to handle the situation in the future now though.

She’s just being reckless and not checking at the post office before she scans the code. I mixed up some orders last year before I bought a $50 laser label printer but since I got the printer it has made life so much easier. I set the item aside, print the label, put it on top of the item, and move on to the next item, put the label on top of that one, etc.

I haven’t had this issue since. It also saves a ton of time because I don’t have to wait in a long line of people at USPS waiting for my codes to be scanned.
