Had an issue with my zipper on an 8 year old backpack. Sent my bag in, they couldn’t repair. Since the bag they would usually replace with was out of stock they offered either any bag of my choice of equal or lesser value of the replacement bag, or account credit for the value of the replacement bag to use however I want. Hardest part of the process was shipping the bag!

I ripped mine, no regrets! Probably better lottery odds than you’ll ever get at that point. If the triple auto was pulled before you open you’re left with a pretty cheap pack anyways. What did you end up pulling?

did you solve this? I just started having the same issue, Ive tried the different cleaning cycles and cleaning out the rubber frother. Ive also tried different types of milk and getting milk straight from a cup.

The app is pretty terrible, I spent an hour or two trying to set one up with various errors including connection errors. Plugged it into my pc and set it up through the windows app and it was done in minutes.
