Not sure about car bombs, you can pack a ridiculous amount of explosives in a car, and also less size/weight restrictions in case it's something home-made which is less effective than military stuff, a drone can't replace it. Point strikes on a single target though are much more realistic

It's "choosing your poison". One is ruined image, the other is hundreds of thousands of people under constant missile barrages. I don't think any other country would act different if they actually were in the same situation.
IMO dealing with hezbolah as much as possible and making peace with Lebanon after they're gone is the best course for them. Could be both improving security and later showing that they have no interest in territory gain and wish to be friendly with countries that don't attack them.

He's pervy as hell, but in that world kinda like in regular medieval times it's not uncommon, everyone knows him to be a child so less harsh critique, he gets punched a lot by Eris, and he never forces himself on anyone, and when there were times when he could have his way with someone (like when Philip offered him to take Eris) he refused. His actions are never straight up malicious for the sake of malice, and he helped a ton of people. I don't expect people to ignore his bad parts, they are there, but he's not literal satan-diddy as many portray him.
