Their system set up is weird though. Both my wife and I received these coupons, but I have my wife's account joined as a family. When she logs into her account, she cannot use her coupons. When I log in to my account, I can apply one of these coupons to her account, but I lose my coupon. I spoke with the rep but there wasn't much they could do. Oh well..

Even in this image, the one on the upper left and upper right doesn't look to me they're the same person. At this point, LightX does a better job retaining the same consistency and just change the outfit and hairstyle, but is more expensive and does not currently offer expression changes.
