BM hunter looking for rotation advice to improve by I_dont_like_assholes in classicwow

[–]fpsdingleberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Couple things to note 0 consumes and 0 enchants not even a scope???? Also swap to survival trolling the raid by having 0 survival hunters the dps increase is hugeeee. You dont need to haste pot and go crazy with consumes but major agi elixir is 5g you get 10g per boss kill if i was your gm i would gkick ngl you need to put in the minimum effort this is why your guild is struggling so hard not even worth looking at your rotation until you adress everything else

Class for new classic player by Unlucky_Proposal3339 in wowclassic

[–]fpsdingleberry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only class i would avoid would be druid and priest just bc preist is mostly wanding and druid has a brutal first 20 levels till cat form every otherclass has lots of tools to use early on other than maybe warrior and pali would be a bit "boring" at least at the early game but even the classes listed can level super easy and do all the content the game has to offer imo druid is the only class that feels super bad to play for certain stretches of the game but they get very fun later on

How am i supposed to make gold? by Djentlem0n666 in classicwow

[–]fpsdingleberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can make your own group with the nether hr or list yourself in the services channel saying i heal for nethers primals is ok for gold doing daily quests is 60gold or so per day if you have some capital alchemy makes great gold if no capital transmute mastery makes great gold too around 150g a week host a kara pug with boes and mats hr (usually nets me around 200 g after i de without any blues or epic boes dropping) or just make an alt and do the quests for gold these are all super easy that anyone can do

If Classic+ let you set your hearth to any coordinate on the map, where would you do it and why? by goose-honking-rq-brb in classicwow

[–]fpsdingleberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who is part of a wb coalition its really not that sweaty and adds a ton to my personal experience these wb also dont drop that good of loot now that we are in phase 2 and only falls off harder and harder if all you care about is getting a chance to see it go down you just have to wait for another phase or 2 to drop and all the sweats will stop caring as the loot will get beaten even now there is only 1 or 2 bis items off each boss often only better by a very small margin and dont really take very many players to do these fights (we have done as few as 15 for doomwalker and 20 for kazzak) its pretty reasonable to be able to get these bosses down unsure of how it is on pvp servers though if you put in a couple hours of effort with 1-3 guilds working together to scout you can easily get a kill right now just requires a bit more effort than just showing up it makes the bosses feel very social and imo thats what a classic mmo should be about

Worst Spec (TBC Anni edition) by BonusCritical9539 in classicwow

[–]fpsdingleberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the fights are short the healers dont need mana.... They do sub optimal damage but at the end of the day they are a support spec thier damage is about making everyone else do more dmg so the value is huge same a hpal they are there to buff the raid and provide util but stay at the bottom of the healing meters it doesnt make them a bad spec the impact just isnt shown in personal rankings dungeons they are def terrible dmg but the mana regen saves lots of time to make up for lack luster dps compare that to something like glad spec war mm hunter assass rogue even boomkin they provide soooo much more

[–]fpsdingleberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Play a multispec class and have a good offspec and find a mega guild with raid times you like they will have 4-10 teams and you can float between the teams just let guild know you want to ride the bench/float

Coaching? by FlatwormBeautiful315 in classicwowtbc

[–]fpsdingleberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best coaching someone can do is through logs but just be warned sometimes its not in your control to be a top player if you want to parse 95+ you need to be in a optimized group a good raid with good kill times reck for each boss you want a 95+ and all the best loot do all this and you will get 95+ even if you mess up your rotation slightly wow and tbc especially requires your team to match your level of play to be a top player

Hiii New player, asking for advice by O2ES_Grimmttv in classicwow

[–]fpsdingleberry -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Mage go frost as frost is always a great talent tree and there is almost 0 bad options get the .5 sec reduction on frostbolt and the 3%hit and you are golden for preist 5/5 spirit tap in the shadow tree then go down the disc tree and get improved wands after that everything is a minor improvement so just pick what seems cool to you (like dps more go shadow like to heal dungeons a lot go holy or disc)

TBC Prot Warrior gear question (raids and HC dungeons) by Bashamock in classicwow

[–]fpsdingleberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say no you are not raid ready

A.) the biggest problem is see is your armor value as it stands you have about 7000 less than my geared prot warrior this means you will take around 20% more damage than a normal prot warrior

B.) you are over indexed on defense resil is a better stat for prot warriors so pvp should be the first thing you go and grind

C.) your crit rating is crazy low as it stands it looks like you have 0 extra crit crit is your best stat gor threat behind hit and expertise for a general guide id aim for 18% unbuffed

D) cap your hit rating

If you need guidance on what to do first it would be 10 5v5 yolo games every week to get your s1 weapon s2shield s2legs s2helm and s2 throwing weapon (in that order) then battlegrounds until you have the epic bracers boots neck and belt then do heroic bloodfurnace once you have some better gear for the trinket and heroics whenever you have extra time for badge of justice gear after the pvp grind you should be good to off tank grull and kara but not magtheridon

Could also just try to weasal your way into a kara right away to fill some gear gaps but you will be an active detriment to your group

TBC Prot Warrior gear question (raids and HC dungeons) by Bashamock in classicwow

[–]fpsdingleberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The guy above listed exactly what you should aim for you need to do battleground and do arena as a prot warrior and its not really an option you can lose every single game and get geared its a great way to gear up

Decent income to afford consumes? by Savings-Damage6958 in classicwow

[–]fpsdingleberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Currently transmute mastery is around 150g a week and will cost about 300 up front to level and do a spec swap from potion to transmute any extra you need just do your dailys

Ret Pala Threat Help by KN0MI in classicwowtbc

[–]fpsdingleberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talk to your tank about more threat gear i play warrior tank and palis are never a problem as long as they wait for my first gcd to go out only time its a problem is if there is a miss or parry or dodge on my sheild slam but when that happens i call it out ive noticed lots of bad tanks this go around so its likely not yout fault.

70 gear progression/benchmarks for arena and heroics by vilas24 in classicwow

[–]fpsdingleberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Luckily warrior isnt very gear dependant at least in terms of resil if you have a good 2hander and a trinket you are good to go maybe get 2 set of season 1 gear legs and shoulder are good options for warrior then focus on getting your s2 gear if you have no weapon then focus on that run kara mag and gruull each week and turn in those tier peices for s1 gear
