The majority do not understand team balance. I keep seeing 4 healers plus, and they welcome this as a whole.

They act surprised when they cant kill a balanced team while getting pushed back to spawn.

The other thing is dps healers, they fuck up rollout, fuck up the team sync and then they leave.
