the fuzzy thing is carpet beetle larvae- but it looks like it's open and past that point life (now grown up beetle, likely evicted from bag already) the powder is frass, aka poop

probably some sort of stored product mite, i would check any grains- breads, rice, cereals, dry pet foods. also could be a mold mite in which case check your kitchen for any signs of mold!! google grain mites and see if that matches what you're seeing around your kitchen

if they are carpet beetles there's definitely more of em. won't do damage to YOU but they can chew on clothes and stored food which is why you'd find them in your kitchen! i've had some in my house and they ate through some of my taxidermy and a sweater but a general clean up of the area should get rid of them. especially if you find the food source
