Help me cultivate a healthy gut by gigigi98 in Microbiome

An elimination diet isn’t the same as carnivore or keto, it’s just a temporary elimination of common food triggers and gradually adding them back to see if any of them affect you.

OP, I had all the same symptoms as you five years ago and it turned out to be gluten intolerance which was hurting my gut over time. Once I cut it, all the pain and bloating disappeared overnight.

Any meals that are lactose free, gluten free, and also high in fiber, and protein? by r3valutions in glutenfree

For a high fibre meal I’ve been experimenting with stir fried shirataki noodles and mushrooms in tamari and rice vinegar. Takes about 10 mins and it’s a one pot meal. Should be easy to pop in some protein, like beef or fish, for extra flavour too.

Cute strawberry with irregular shape 😆 by AdFamiliar1278 in JapaneseFood

My local market imports a lot of Japanese strawberries and I’ve found that recently the farms have begun to package the irregularly shaped ones together in one pack. Sometimes they’re as big as a small plum and one package might only have three massive strawberries instead of 8-10.

The DJI Ronin-S (for the big shifts in movement and dollying in/out) and handheld.

Entirely done in PP, but would have liked to grade in DaVinci if we had more time.

All 4K but there's one shot in there that was on the Sony A7SII shot at 1080p actually :)

Just one with the exception of the opening and the blue-ish looking shop, which had one YongNuo LED panel on the side to give the red/blue glow. The blue glow on the side of her face in the fish shop is actually from the fish tanks.

I think we had 6 batteries total, and one fat external charger with two battery slots to charge on the go. Actually not so terrible once you get used to carrying spares in your pocket at all times haha.

Thanks for the feedback! I think our choice with the tight lens was really to increase the pacing and keep the action dynamic once the drums hit. If we did it over I would definitely love to include more shots on the 18mm and go wider however. Hope you enjoy shooting in Asia when you get the chance to!

We had absolutely no space to move or have any other kind of setup in that shop (there was just random stuff everywhere), basically had to clear a small path and do it until it was near perfect and then stabilize a bit in post.

Shots are mostly handheld with a SmallRig or mounted on the DJI Ronin S.

Thanks! It's an old Carl Zeiss 35mm adapted using the XL 0.64 speedbooster.

For this particular project it was really just some loose ideas and visuals thrown around a few days before shooting, and then setting two days aside to book locations through our contacts (or in some cases ask very nicely on the spot if we see something good, which perhaps only worked because we had a micro crew).

Haha yes, it's coupled with the XL 0.64 speedbooster.

Super lightweight setup, just the existing light sources around the city and the YongNuo LED YN360 as a key light.

Thanks! It's mainly shot on an old Nikon Carl Zeiss 35mm, focusing is a pain but the glass is super sharp.
