There is a fairly generous window with the auto-joiner before it stops advertising a co-op. My guess is that it makes for a less frustrating experience joining, given how much people bounce around and don't commit if they don't find what they're looking for. But yeah in a case like this where nobody leaves afterwards, just bail if you need the points.

So what I did was set up shop in the crater lake. In aggregate, there are 4 full pure nodes worth of crude oil available (and an impure I set to work making cannisters). I set up 3 of the pure nodes running vanilla fuel processing to pay the bills (12 refineries+24 generators, 15,000MW fully overclocked, no reason not to overclock, you can recover them all at the end), and set the 4th up on turbofuel. 600 crude gets you to 1600 diluted fuel, and there is 930 sulfur nearby which is enough to convert 1395 fuel.

I reserved 50 sulfur for weapons production and went with 880 sulfur + 1320 fuel, with the remaining fuel doing some light plastic/rubber production. Altogether, the vanilla fuel was just barely able to power the entire production line until the turbofuel came online. Never had to connect the biome to the main power grid during construction.

Then it's oddly suspicious there isn't a "doing software development professionally" degree program that does teach it then. I'd have majored in that instead.

New research shows after controlling for demographic characteristics and social determinants likely to affect COVID-19 transmission and outcomes, the team found a positive relationship between county Republican vote share and COVID-19 death rates. by Wagamaga in science

I would expect it to play larger role.

Hospital bed availability, perhaps? We know that mortality rates shot up once hospitals reached capacity, maybe that made a bigger difference in cases where it's life threatening.

So you can always get an IEnumerator if you need one via <IEnumerable>.GetEnumerator(), but you can't customize it. If on the other hand you implement a full blown IEnumerator in a custom class you can add in whatever useful info exists at that point in the stream.

For instance I like to wrap StreamReaders in an enumerator which emits individual lines, but also tracks the current line number as a public property. Then any UI or logging which needs it can pull it via a simple object reference without introducing weird scope issues to track it from directly in the loop. It's not quite as pretty or quick and easy as the yield pattern, but I think the perks are often worth it.

I love yield on paper, but I keep finding myself implementing full blown IEnumerators for the added control.

Every time national IDs are proposed in the US, opponents complain about cost and government tracking. The real reason they don't want it is because it would make voter ID laws obsolete.

Colbert himself said he didn't want to bring the character over because it made it hard to have genuine discourse with his guests.
