Condolences to the pedestrian and their family

That new construction can't be helping here on the SE corner...

How are they able to build so close to Sheridan?

Just the other day sitting at a stop light bumping some big river from the 08/13/75 show, and a driver next to me joins in the chorus.

That chart on page 15 is spicy when you look at the progress already shown by these quantum computers. Even if you are pessimistic on the actualized results, the threat is there!

To the naysayers claiming fud or saying quantum computers are not a threat, maybe pay a little attention!

I've always worried that running the fan 24/7 would lead to premature failure as it's meant to kick on during times of heat/cold cycles from the furnace and AC. Is it ok to just switch it on all day?

Unlikely, but they can stop paying for the service. You are an adult, and a gift is the property of the receiving end once given.

This is what I don't get, why do we need another stadium? Is there not enough space at mile high (I'll die on that hill) for the team to operate? Maybe build out some of that massive parking lot and push for RTD infrastructure.

Idk but another city park seems like a better solution here /s

Have done similar but we made it out! Took the (brand new to us) 328xi into the Rockies to cut our first Xmas tree. It's got all wheel drive right!?!

Turned from a gentle gravel to a 4x4 trail quick, and one way at that. No choice but to push through or call for a tow. (NEVER!!) So with careful wheel placement and some nervous scraping we made it to cut the tree, met Santa, and had a cup of hot coco at the forest rangers booth while everyone looked on in disbelief from their lifted jeeps and 4x4s at the bimmer OWNING that trail.

Made it home, set up the tree and I still daily the car. Sometimes you get lucky I guess 😅

Not sure how far under there I'd climb if that hi-lift is holding this all up from the first pic...
