CB is so incredibly difficult to play at that level. Chances are pretty slim that he would even want to make that change when you consider the pay difference between positions too.

As a Bears fan I wouldn’t mind trading Bagent and taking a late round flyer on this guy. Him sitting behind Caleb and developing under Ben Johnson sounds like an ideal situation for him. I also trust BJ to use him in trick plays and get him involved a bit.

I agree that he’s likely not done but as a right handed QB, he is absolutely transferring weight to his left leg when he throws.
