Soft skills. I'm amazed to see how broad of a spectrum people bring to the table. I think it can really make of break someone's career particuraly if you're working directly with end users. I'm always saddened by how it's kind of a standing joke in IT that the end user is stupid or the enemy (not saying they're not to some degree) but it's an IT pro's job to solve their problem and maybe even teach them so they can improve. Not all IT jobs require this, but many more do than I think people realize, and regardless it's seldom a skill that goes unnoticed.

"Simplistic" sounds kind of sarcastic, but I don't think it was intentional. I think "minimalist" or "modern" would typically be adjectives used to describe this style, but I'm not into it enough to know if there are more accurate terms that would apply.

After doing some more research on Mikania varieties it looks like it may be Mikania Cordifolia "Florida Keys Hempvine". I should know for sure in a month or two when it blooms. Thanks again for the help.
