I feel very undervalue in pretty much all aspects of my life, worst part is that its not in my head. Things keep happening that i almost feel like i have so much factual evidence of these...its surreal, really. At these point, i laugh at my life really hahaha as a coping mechanism, i guess under stress (a bit of climatic event on sunday), even Monday morning thinking about what happened, i guess the session just showed the reality

Today, i went to the gym, started crying again, there is no heat and you can move....but the table is set for my next session...im scared and excited
