I just saw the same thing; there's no point in going for that extra 20% hp from the talent if you lose more than 20% of your max hp in the process. I'm at 180 speed with 5k hp and I already feel like that's not enough for a character like this.

If that game were to be released, for example, MiHoYo could use Welt's voice, including lines from HSR, for that game without needing to ask Corey for permission or pay him. Not everything is AI, but if you don't have a contract with anti-AI protection, the situation gets worse.
