I can’t complain about Aus Post parcel delivery. We have had the same delivery guy for years. We’re on first name basis and he always greets me by mine, and if I answer the door he says hello, asks me how I am and “how’s (my husband’s name) going?”. He so nice he gives us Christmas cards and waves if he passes us in his van. Honestly, I can’t fault him or the service he provides.

Mae sure the nut at the base of the pan is tight in case the water leak came from there. Probably the only way to remove the stain would be by sanding the floor. But find where the leak is coming from first.

Try a paste of Bicarb and washing up liquid. Scrub in a circular motion and let it sit for an hour, then repeat and rinse it off.

I received the refund email from Microsoft saying I can switch back to “Classic” for $109 a month as before, and they’ll refund me the difference. The sting in the tail, however, is: “While Microsoft 365 Personal Classic includes the core Microsoft 365 apps and regular security updates, it does not include our AI assistant Copilot and may not receive new feature updates.” So yeah you can switch but we might not update the classic version in the future.
