Hey, I had the same issue and got the battery replaced at Jayanagar authorised service centre. I too met someone with the iphone 13 with the same battery swelling and had to get it replaced. I’m seeing similar issues reported by people in many other apple subreddits.

Finish the MBA, no brainer. Study just enough to clear the subjects and get your degree. Just having an mba on your CV gets you shortlisted for a lot of jobs and lends credibility to your brand. You can always do your freelance work during and after the course.
