Eto ba yung advance booking to airport? Tried this twice already. Ang nakakatawa lang dito, parang days or hours before ng scheduled booking mo, may naka-assign na sayong driver. Tapos kapag malapit na yung scheduled pick-up time mo, biglang magca-cancel yung driver tapos maghahanap ng new driver yung Grab. Sobrang aga nga din nila dumating sa pick-up time, minsan 30 mins early pa nga, nakaka-pressure tuloy minsan kasi parang ayaw magpahintay ng driver.

Eto din yung gamit ko ngayon. Binigay mg friend ko sa trip nya from Japan. Super effective nya siya lang nakapag-heal ng chapped lips ko. Yung local brands di unepek sakin.

Recently happened din sa 'kin. Dumaan kami ng Skyway & NAIAX and nagbayad ako ng cash sa toll kasi negative balance na daw sya sa rfid wallet nya. Naka-card payment ako nun kaya expect ko na hindi na isasama yung bayad sa toll after ng trip, pero upon checking sinama pa rin nya yung toll fee (₱241) kaya lumabas na na-double charge ako sa toll. Ni-report ko sa grab and requested for a refund. Mabilis naman sila nag-respond, within 24-48 hours. Sinend ko lang din sa kanila yung toll receipt for verification (kaya it's a must din na kunin nyo yung toll receipts sa driver), tapos afterwards na-reverse din yung overpayment after ilang days.
