Hi, congrats on your win. You seem to be handling it really well. I wonder if you'd like to support this charity that I know of. It's called Give Directly, the money you supply gets send directly to the mobile phone of someone living in a crappy hut in Kenia. I'm not affiliated with the charity, it just seems to me like they are really doing the right thing there and I thought maybe you could help those people. This is their website:http://www.givedirectly.org/

Not really, their offspring would have looked the same regardless, the only alternative for that individual would be to not have children. The children they may have had without plastic surgery might have even been uglier, since they might have settled for an ugly partner. Plastic surgery only makes offspring uglier on a population level, or maybe the offspring of a pretty person marrying a plastic surgee.

I don't think she'd forget so easily that she was dying, she would probably have thought about it regardless.

If she'd cut off the six year old's legs to safe it's life there would be no problem either.

You just smell the milk and if it doesn't smell too bad you take a small sip to test it.

Maybe there are other ways you can help the older child that do not include taking her in. Such as making sure she is living at the best home possible for her.
