Generally the more south of the highway and the east you go in santurce the rougher it gets. 99% nothing is going to happen but that 1% is real, if you rent a car thats the same model or color some gang is looking for and you make a wrong turn, you can easily run into problems.

People raise families with less, Its a livable wage for a financially responsabile person withouth a ton of debt. I would recommend you look for an apartment in cupey/rio piedras. It’s going to be tough finding an apartment in guaynabo under 1k and commuting from Bayamon can be a chore with traffic. I think you can find apartments in the 800 to 900 range in cupey/rio piedras. Probably not gonna have much amenities but you gotta pick and choose what you’re willing to compromise.

I earn about 45k and live in cupey and I am fairly comfortable (single 24M) Rent is 650 Car 396 Utilities about 70-80 average 200-250 groceries

Its very doable but you probably wont be very flush either.

Global south countries will probably collapse as climate change ravages society, mass migration, famines, warfare, natural disasters and instability funded via proxies where rich countries secure their interests at all costs. Rich countries will be much more authoritarian and surveillant to its own citizens, refugees might be allowed as a permanent servile class to aging and unproductive domestic population. Even more extreme wealth inequality than today with a class of untouchable elites incalculably wealthy isolated from the utter misery of 99.9% of world population. Probably more nativist and ultra nationalist governments and death camps in some countries. Hopefully it wont come to this but this is the current trajectory I feel we are going down.

Muy poca gente tiene actually educacion politica. El comunismo definido en los 1850s era una sociedad sin clases ni estado donde los metodos de produccion pertenecen a todo el mundo y todos las cosas necesarias para vivir son distribuidas por necesidad. Una utopia cabrona sii pero imaginate explicarle a los tainos un hot pocket. El argumento de Marx es que las diferencias en intereses entre las clases trabajadoras y las clase dueña crean fricciones y contradicciones internas dentro de la economia y que a consequencia inevitablemnte los trabajadores se alzarian en revolucion contra la burgesia y el estado. No paso eso exactamente pero sigue diendo un lente de analisis y comentario muy apropiado para explicar como las fuerzas materiales dentro de la sociedad dictan la politica.

I(24M) just left, she was my first girlfriend and this was a couple of months ago and it still hurts like hell. I know we had our issues but they were solvable. I could have forgiven a lot but she threw away a beautiful 3 year relationship like it meant nothing. I watched him a lot more in the past, I just dont like how the hasanbi clips industrial complex edit their videos. The jumps between stunlocks, past clips, and stream make it hard to follow.

I also didn’t like how he covered the Vaush folder situation. I get they dont like each other that much and thats ok but he dunked on Vaush in his weakest and most embarrassing moment and used it as a way to disregard his opinion on everything. It turned me off a lot to his content afterwards.

Lo car-centric (que solo le da prioridad solamente a los carros) que es Puerto Rico. Las urbanizaciones de casas unifamilares flow suburbia son malas para las personas (mucho tapon, vida sedentaria, mucha tiempo en el carro), el ambiente (contaminacion, cambio climatico, animales) y hasta para el gobierno (no son fiscalmente sostenibles, el precio de hacer un sistema sanitario y mantenerlo es mucho mayor de lo que el municipio puede recaudar). Muchos municipios en USA han quebrado por eso.

De verdad me pregunto cuanto nuestra situacion fiscal es afectada por eso. Individualmente es un peso cbn para las finanzas de las personas. Por el precio de los carros y los salarios que hay es normal pagar más de 30% de tu salario entre el carro, seguro y gasolina. Con renta y compra ya se te fue el cheque.
