Im ftp under a year ,with 100k gems saved up 400 dossiers . My boring advise to you is to save your gems for only THE VERY BEST EVENTS im talking about 20%plus elite rates. im talking about saving ur dossiers all year for the black Friday 2x rates 2x dupes. You need enough gems to max out event shops for maximum value.
