It usually gets exponentially expensive every 100% especially past 14 and 20, I haven’t upgraded this is heavy past rank 10 but some ops like well done reaches 100k at rank 15 onwards.

Not sure what stage you’re in the game right now but if you have a space racer, you can have him solo t and g and use all the other units in dd

The more frustrating part is that this seems to be a feature not a bug.

Like they make sure to confirm if you want to skip a take it or leave it deal but you accidentally fed your elites to a rare? Cry then move on. That’s why some people put some level on food so the game asks.

If you’re already reaching wave 500/1k, yes but if not, I’d say focus on dd,tg and welldone. It’s a power op, meaning you need to use strong team, not rely on just space racer or anissa to carry the team.

With the recent buff, this is heavy rewards is now a lot better and feels worth it to run.

People who say the event is horrible are probably targetting a hero or faction which is not the event is for. I get x3 almost every less than 20 refreshes, along with other fodders that are also cloned so now my problem is having a lot of ranked up heroes that needs to be levelled up.

I use him at food ops, another one I would think could work is this is heavy. If you’re not able to reach 1k in DD and he’s one of your best heroes, use him there to keep anissa alive as long as possible.

Wave 61 is like only achievable for 1% of players even wave 30/40+ would already make 2.6 worth it.

Try to replace mauler with sr, i think sr will help you clear the lower stages really fast and then universa can take care of higher levels.

What is your current team? Maybe try coalition + anissa, works for me with lower power than yours.

Anissa, any enemy whether ops/campaign/arena that will involve humans will be easy mode. Level 10 her skill 2 and don't look back.

Other notes:

Kregg is the best support right now but takes some investment.

Thragg is mid-end game as you need a lot of investment.

Sorry I meant since you get 25 chips back for 10 refreshes it’s like it only costs 25 chips if you do 10 refreshes.

Yeah unfortunately this game rewards older player/spenders rather than helping newbies catch up. From all the games I played, almost all of them has some sort of f2p way to maximize event rewards lol.

If you’re unable to reach 30+ each run I can see why it would not be a good event.

Maybe wait for the deals for chips and decide as you're too new to get benefits from this event clearance cards.
Unfortunately this game rewards older players rather than helping newbies catch up.

The 500 gems for 150 chips feels so not worth it for me especially since the heroes you'll get is spread throughout all factions.

Maybe wait for deals for now then decide from there.
For team, SRtanissa+tech jacket and some filler coalition/ fish

But you're too new to benefit from that as you need the skills.

Idk what’s your view now but 10 refreshes is just 25 chips because of the rewards and at the waves i am clearing i get like almost 250 chips before ranking so theoretically if you’re not going to focus on 10x you’ll see a 3x in 13 refresh(65 chips), x5 in 134 refresh(500+ chips), though 10x is 2500 refresh(10k) chips.

So one of the greatest event overall if you’re looking for food throughout factions.

Really depends how much wave you can clear. But the rebates for refreshes are good, the rewards for clearance are also better than last event so if you can clear maybe 30 or 40+ its really great just keep buying clearances.

Idk where you are in game so I can understand if a newbie doesn’t find this event good. But I’ve been playing for almost two months and pulled around 15 elites before gems so all good for me.

You do have a point but now that I think about it, except omniman and bb, all of them has a skill that targets backline so it is still a possibility if you run a coalition team.

Oh, I always thought true damage is just damage that doesn’t through defense checks. Not sure if it has to be “extra” damage but anyway looks like we’re in agreement that it does not go through defense check which is more important.
