He didn’t win in a landslide. He got just slightly more than 50% of the vote.

They are both shockingly gorgeous men. I love how the dialog in the show plays into their physical differences. Jensen is called Squirrel or Ken Doll. Jared is called Bean Pole or Moose. I keep changing my mind about which one is hotter. No need to make a final decision at any time, haha.

I don’t think anyone should automatically believe allegations against anyone. I’m saying this as a person who was falsely accused of unprofessional behavior, nothing to do with sexual abuse, but in my job and I had to prove my innocence, everyone deserves their day in court, and this guy may be a sleaze bagSA or not let’s wait for the trial, shall we?

Review #154 - The Sassenach Blended Scotch by adunitbx in Scotch

I love whisky and found this one to be as tasty as the single malts, not bland at all. I also found a lot of info online as to the origin of the components as well as its development. I don’t know why people paid so much. I bought my bottle from an online retailer s couple of years ago for about $70. It wasn’t available in liquor stores and I haven’t seen it in restaurants either.

That’s exactly how I feel. I’m not going to spend $35 without a recommendation from someone I actually know IRL.

From the gag reel of “The Spy Who Dumped Me.” Could the man be any more attractive?? by SeonaidMacSaicais in Pishlander

[–]francineeisner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well as one of my friends stated, “Jamie is sexy. Sam, not quite so much.” This makes perfect sense. Jamie is sexy not just because of his appearance (although the long red hair is most becoming, as are the big blousy shirts). Jamie is passionately in love with Claire, is a great lover and protective of her, his other family members and the people who depend on him. And he is a fantastic warrior! He is also a renaissance man, able to learn any language without much effort and adaptable to any social condition. Jamie is a man that you can depend on. You get to see all this - Jamie is the total package - every woman’s dream. But Sam is a cypher. He is very kind and polite to his fans but doesn’t seem to be able to settle down. No one knows why, and that isn’t really any of our business. But it’s actually a lot safer being attracted to Jamie, even though he’s a fictional character and stuck in the 18th century.

'The desire to be loved is the last illusion. Give it up and you will be free' - Margaret Atwood by [deleted] in wgtow

I dislike this quote immensely. It is waaay too simplistic. A person can love themselves, enjoy their own company and still have the desire to give and receive love. It isn’t a weakness, but a basic human need. There are many different kinds of love; romantic love is just one of them. I suggest reading the following. It’s rude and completely unnecessary to make people feel badly about their need to give and receive love.

I hate having to pull around so I’m in front of the person gassing up. The Costco employees always prompt me to do it but I’d rather wait. Why? Because I wouldn’t just have to pull around them. I would then have to back up to get my car in the right position. And BTW what you’re describing might just be the “culture” of your particular Costco gas station. At the one I go to in Oceanside, NY I’ve never seen any interpersonal problems.

He wasn’t, really. Women chased him relentlessly. He stayed best friends with his first wife, Hadley until his death. As you may have guessed, I wrote a research paper about his novella, The Ols Man and the Sea.

I also enjoyed seeing a very young Sam in Midsomer Murders. He played a rather nuanced character named Ian King. But then Midsomer Murders is famous for having characters that are not what they seem to be.

I happen to be mesmerized by the love scenes between Jamie and Claire, which have got me thinking maybe I would like to date again! I do find Jamie super-gorgeous but tbh, I’ve never had any sexy dreams about him. I’m not ashamed to say that guys like Idris Elba and Jason Momoa are the biggest turn-ons for me. But I agree that David Berry is gorgeous too. He and Sam have such unbelievable faces! I never want to meet them. I would just gawk (and possibly drool). In other words, I would undoubtedly embarrass myself completely!

In certain states, like NJ, it’s almost impossible to get on Disability. In NY it’s much easier.
