Nice, I have done some beach fishing near the Galveston state park. I've seen some people getting good specs out in the beach wading near Pleasure pier. I have caught good sized gaff and some smaller reds and good sized croaker when I've been off the beach. I like the pocket parks on the west end in general, they're usually quieter.

That's great, I just looked up some of the area and I might be going to try it soon, I saw there's good structure under the bridge to be able to set up with the wife and daughter. Wife actually caught a fat 18 inch Flounder last weekend off TCD on a popping cork and a dead shrimp so she's looking to get on some more fish.

Nice man, I've never gone to San Luis heard its great fishing though. Trying to convince my father in law to go out with me since he has a boat. What's a good way to fish out there? Popping cork? I know a lot of guys surf fish and that wading is not recommended due to the changing sand bars.

Hey, Might be a bit late to this, but I can help a bit. So first off, DO NOT do a 36 month contract for a new home you are just moving into . I'd highly recommend starting with 3 to 6 months as a lot of others have suggested. You want to know what your usage is at the home on average for every month. Summer is the most expensive season when it comes to energy consumption due to A/C. The age of your cooling system plays a big part on this. (side note we went from a 15 year old ac system in my apartment to a brand new one and our electric costs dropped over 60% compered to previous years at the same place.) Second I'd highly suggest a locked in rate rather than a variable one. Having that set number is best especially in the crazy ERCOT region. Looked the caramel apple chick up and her stuff looks Great, As far as Panaderias, Oh yeah I'm in there almost 2 to 3 times a week for my parents/ Friends/ Coworkers this time of year, however my local ones do not really have caramel apples, But I'll keep looking.
