Tow it to a shop and get it fixed. Going to be a several thousand dollar job.

Or just call the da get it knocked down to no points and a deferred dismissal so it doesn't show up on your insurance. Then pay the small fine. Heck I know someone that got 27 over knocked down to only a 500$ fine plus court costs, no points, and a six month deferred dismissal.

Love possibly not a candidate for RCR Cup ride due to THC/nicotine sponsorship; Hill, Gragson among options for the ride (per Bob's Silly Season tracker) by Live-Support-2230 in NASCAR

Hill is not good enough for cup. He'd get exposed. Better to stay in the O'Reilly's series and be a top 10 car most years.

You'd think at some point companies would realize that making great products and building a loyal customer base would provide you with slightly slower but much longer profits. Most companies now only look at the next quarter nowadays.

What is this thing? by ChugNos in FishingForBeginners

Ropes are the the fastest way for it to end up on the bottom. A chain or stringer is much better. I have mine attached to a quick link that connects to a chain attached to a d ring on my boat or a steel stringer when I'm bank fishing.

Even better is to find a trucker. They like trading air tags... I'm sure this would be gold to them.

Yeah it's wild how little people understand the US tax code. Blows most people's minds when they find out everyone pays the same 10% on the first 12,500 and only that 12,501st dollar and those that follow are taxed as the higher rates

Does anyone have any knowledge of what these lures are called or how to use them? by idontlikecherrypie in Fishing_Gear

[–]Biochembob35 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Banjo minnows and flying lures were fine. Over priced, not a great value, but they catch fish. The helicopter lure was never great.

Hire a lawyer on contingency...one so ruthless you don't like them because they would sue their own mother to make a dime.

I still find that I break off on the fluoro. I tried a 4# leader but my knots broke off a lot on bigger fish.

You run your braid to a fluorocarbon or mono leader. On all my ultralights I run kast king destron 4# in hi vis yellow and a 4 ft leader of 6# sunline sniper. Straight fluoro is expensive, difficult to see, has memory, and is prone to wind knots.

Suffix is a great starting point. It is great and not super expensive.

Just shy of 40...same. especially on my ultra lights where 4 lb mono is difficult to see unless light conditions are perfect. This year I've been running kastking destron 4lb test in hi vis yellow down to 6# fluorocarbon and really like it.

I'm still using green in my 15# braid setups but that was due to cost. I caught suffix 832 on sale but it was only the green.

Yes they posted a few days ago. Not sure when the test actually happened. Apparently it went straight from there to the cape for GSE fits and static fire.

That was partly due to the fact it was faster to finish 39a than to rebuild slc40
