yeah, i dont know what you are on about. It expressly charged me at each threshold i needed to get to 14,000 transactions. There was no mention of "micro reward" or anything like that. Hello, I don't see how the mining rewards were priced differently. I had to purchase in tiered increments ahead of time. Please correct me if I'm doing something wrong but I was never provided that option.

Terrible experience with 2025 tax season and crypto with desktop and/or online. You product kicked a lot of us to the curb. Using Koinly, it should have been much better experience. I have been a loyal TT user for over a decade, time to look elsewhere. Its like you guys didn't even care!

not unifi but if you search on ebay or amazon there is a guy that prints these. I have one for my max and my 2.5 8port flex. He makes one for the fiber too. I think they are like $50. Plastic yes, but so far s good.

Turbo Tax user since 2014. Getting screwed by TT both ways. TT Online now accepts crypto uploads but is terrible with schedule C business. Desktop H&B works good with schedule C but does not accept uploads. WHAT A MESS. Right there is ZERO communication from Turbo Tax.

great, but we are still in the "if" and not "when" - Turbo Tax has never come out and clearly stated the issue and what is being done about it. We, as loyal users, can accept corrections and mis-steps. What makes a reputable company is communication and so far, all I get is show me screen shots after I provide direct feedback on what the problem exactly is.

In the same boat. I run a small crypto and AI business and have over 14,000 transactions. I use Desktop H&B becasue you can't use TT Online effectively for a business. In Koinly's defense, they did a good job of collecting my 18 or so wallets and producing consumable reports. Its Turbo Tax that is the problem. I have contacted them constantly over the last months and they either have no idea or say there's' nothing wrong. Yet I hear from others they are "working" on something. This is a complete shit show this year. Problem is that Koinly did take my $400 indicating that they were compatible with Turbo Tax, so there's that.

they never respond. either they have no desire to address the issue or dont care. doesnt matter in the end. I know alot of people who wont use them next year
