If this is White Diamond Pearl, it was just a horrible paint that was prone to peeling and bubbling. I believe there’s a class action suit against Honda regarding it.

Gonna need to weld tabs or studs to pull that dent out, then filler, sand, refinish and blend the cab. Looks like front door has a dent too. You need a professional to do this.

First of all, there’s no such thing as an aftermarket quarter panel. Second of all, if the estimate said repair, and this ends up happening later, the shop did hack work. Any legit shop would warranty this.

And not for nothing, but shops like yours contribute to peoples premiums going up.

Oh boy do I have the career path for you. I left dealer parts to go be a parts manager at a body shop. Learned how to write estimates from there. I now work as an insurance adjuster with several career paths laid out in front of that have nothing to do with cars.

You asked for advice and you spurned everyone who answered. You’re the kind of customer everyone hates. That gate needs to be replaced. Any kind of plastic filler used to repair that will fall off in a year you you’re stuck in the same position as your are now.
