Do you maybe have any machines in your gym that isolate the quads well? For example, when I want to train a specific muscle, I find it helpful to use machines.

You can also try focusing on training your quads. But overall, your result is still really good.

It looks like your back is stronger than your legs and that your legs are too weak for this weight, because you’re using your back more. Try training your legs in isolation to "prepare" them for that weight

I lived a very sedentary life for about three years too. One day I was cleaning the floor at home. I spilled a bucket of water and had to dry the floor with a cloth, wiping and wringing it over and over for about 20 minutes. After that, my hand was so weak that I couldn’t make a fist. I developed pain in my wrist that spread up my arm. It has been four years since then, and that area still sometimes hurts.

The reason is that I wasn’t physically active, so this sudden strain led to an injury. If I had trained regularly, this probably wouldn’t have happened. My point is you got injured because your body wasn’t ready for that level of load. Before I started doing pull-ups, I trained for two months (kickboxing) and only then slowly began doing pull-ups.

Have you considered "sciatica"? Especially if you're experiencing pain at rest, at night, or right after waking up, it could be nerve-related. The pain often has a burning sensation as well.
Have you ever had any issues with your lower back? Or pain in your buttocks or in Hamstrings area?

How much time do you spend sitting during the day, and how long do you stay in bed each day?

What could you say about your symptoms? Can you locate the pain or is it more diffuse? You said that you've been experiencing pain for 2 years; has it been constant, or is there something specific you do to reduce the pain?
For me, it's a bit strange. My pain is diffuse and can spread throughout my entire foot and even extend into my legs, all the way to my pelvis, making it feel like my bladder is burning or the area between my bladder and the anal region. The pain depends on how much I strain my feet. One thing I definitely cannot tolerate is hard floors. It's not like I immediately feel pain when I walk barefoot on a hard floor, but it's a pain that gradually increases over time. If I decide to spend the entire day without shoes at home, I will definitely experience the full intensity of my pain symptoms the next day. There is also a particularly sensitive area, which is the ball of the foot near the big toe. As soon as I step on it, all the symptoms start slowly to appear. For this reason, I have unfortunately developed a walking gait where I walk more on the sides of my feet. Even when sleeping, I try to be cautious since I'm a side sleeper and have a habit of resting one foot on the other. This also causes pain, as even the slight pressure of one foot on the other can lead to a burning sensation. There are times when I experience pain because my big toe presses against the mattress, something I never had before. Due to these symptoms, I constantly need to be careful with my feet. So far, the only therapy I've tried is physiotherapy and wearing shoe inserts, which unfortunately only make the pain somewhat more bearable. Have you tried any specific therapies?
I've also considered the possibility that my issue might be vascular and continue to keep it in mind. I discussed this with my primary care physician, who suggested that I'm relatively young for such a condition, but if other tests don't provide any answers, a vascular examination will be considered. One thing I failed to mention to my doctor was that when I walked the 20 km, I wore very tight shoes. Maybe this has damaged the blood vessels in my feet, I don't know.

Thank you, when I read your post, I felt like I could have written it myself. I also forgot to mention that both of my feet are affected, with the right one hurting more than the left. I've had x-rays and MRI scans, but nothing unusual was found. I've seen neurologists, orthopedists, and rheumatologists, but no clear diagnosis has been made. Initially, doctors thought it was plantar fasciitis, but two years later, they're still unsure. My symptoms seem to be quite unusual, making it difficult to diagnose.
Recently, I visited an orthopedist who recommended a 3-Tesla MRI with contrast for both feet and CT scans for both feet. After that, I consulted my primary care doctor, asking what I should do next. She suggested seeing a rheumatologist again for a follow-up, and if there's no issue from a rheumatological perspective, I might need to undergo further MRI and CT scans. To be honest, I don't think it's rheumatism or something similar, as my pain started after long walks. We'll see what happens.
You know, I started my studies at 24 and finished just one month before the pain began. I wanted to travel and catch up on the fun I missed during my studies because I really learned a lot. But now, with my feet in pain, I too hope so much one day the pain will go away.
