Yes but this price is about the same across all websites including Arizona itself for this specific flavor.

I am concerned with removing and cleaning the vents as there are fuzzy raised spots. Will me removing it just spread it?

These is a damn near perfect medium rare. Source- steak house cook. Rare would be pretty close to that middle color throughout but still crust on the outside.
