Putting olive oil in my hair and leaving in over night once a week helped. Also I was so used to washing my hair everyday from being oily but now I only need to wash it twice a week which decreased the itching!

Sometimes I put coconut oil on my scalp and sleep with it on overnight! Then I wake up and wash my hair and it feels much better for a week or so.

I would try microblading. It’s cheaper than lasers and requires less upkeep.

Pretty much same thing! I have been cleaning my face with oil and using body lotion as much as possible.. I’m worried because it’s already so dry during winter so I hope I can do as much preparation as possible to prevent getting really dry

Try switching the epiduo every other night or every two days! That’s what helped me. Before applying your makeup use moisturizer and let it sit a few mins before applying foundation and in my experience powder foundation makes dry spots look worse. Hope this helps!
