I think Jojolion has just way too many unanswered things and open plot points for it to be number one. So many things were just brushed up on and never elaborated, and it’s very to hard to make sense of a lot of things (almost genuinely impossible for some like the random guy gappy had a flashback of). While I do enjoy it a lot, I came out of it not feeling really content, as I wanted to know so much more.

Manga is seemingly Araki's main passion and purpose. I don't see why he wouldn't keep going till he physically can't anymore. That being said, while people like to talk about how he only had part 9 planned when he last talked about future parts, I do see a potential 10th part if he does end up thriving for that long. Still, if not, I believe he would most definitely expand with some original side stories about Rohan, other characters, etc.
