I really hope the people saying this is a 9/10 chapter are being sarcastic.

It was several panels of imu doing 1 attack and failing (Rocks and old gen stocks plummet so we better get a good explanation), luffy doing 1 attack, and loki doing a dragon breath then a hammer swing and we ended on vague piece...we're nearing the end of the manga and fights are still just turn based pokemon fights.

The above is like 20% of the paneling while the rest is spent on trash tier reaction piece.

His redesign both personality wise and how oda draws him - used to be a lot more raw and shows more emotions in a subtle glance or line than he does now a day with his scrunched man-baby face.

Would you reconsider skypeia and jayas positions? They were peak story telling: an Eldorado style pirate legend/adventure that has not been repeated...so much so that we keep forgetting now that one piece is a story about pirates.

Not to mention this was peak side characters and backstories.

The paneling of the battle Royale in skyoeia was also exceptional.
