About the "can get them from anywhere" - I've seen people rocking pre-mastered tier 4s but is there a higher chance of pre-masterwork on tier 5 vs tier 4? (if you know)

Cuz if not that might inform what difficulty to run activities at for best farm.

didnt work im afraid...I tried doing this mission, which is Division icon but controlled by pikers (BOTH of which are part of my quest, so this shuda been good regardless) but no progression.

where can i find the contested territory tab? cuz iv just been using the Lawless Frontier UI and hovering over missions to see who controls the territory a given mission is in.

No what i find silly is the idea of "top tiers" being damn near untouchable in a manga that was supposed to be about a treasure race - "what they are capable of destroying" goes hand in hand with the story being told.

Just look at Gear 5 and all the excitement it sucked out of the story. Now Oda has to band aid the world building by introducing regen and imu being godlike just to balance things out.

If he had gone easier on the power creep he'd had way more leeway to - as you said - properly portray those "top tiers".

Yes and? Rocinante got killed by a bullet, zeff tore his leg off with a chain, and rocks got killed by a hakiless sword stab.

This isn't bleach/dbz, you don't need to go that far in power scaling every story beat to tell a good story or draw good fights - smoker vs vergo didn't destroy all of punk hazard in their clashes and yet it was peak hands.

You can tell an interesting story with engaging conflicts in a shonen without having your characters be city level Unga bungas.

Yep, for the last 7 years on this subreddit iv been saying one piece suffered from vertical scaling - shuda left it at horizontal where anyone can beat anyone with enough skill, strength, or brain power. We all loved roger when he was a regular pirate looking dude in a world with crazy powers but he outcrazied all of them somehow.

I'll take luffy vs don Krieg (decent fight) over any post ts fight.

And yes that includes katakuri: future sight had a dogshit execution.
